1. Introduction

Welcome to Showmee!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Showmee platform — https://showmee.in — and the services provided by Showmee (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Showmee, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

Showmee is a creator-first platform that enables creators to connect with their audience by sharing exclusive content, including photos, videos, and more.

Creators can earn passive income — with many earning ₹20,000–₹30,000 per week, and top creators earning in lakhs weekly.

Showmee follows all applicable government rules and uses advanced encryption technology to secure chats, content, and transactions, ensuring privacy and safety for both creators and users.

 

3. General Terms

3.1 Acceptance – By using Showmee, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies or guidelines issued by Showmee.
3.2 Amendments – Showmee may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.3 Binding Contract – These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and Showmee.
3.4 Compliance – You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws and international regulations, where relevant.

 

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Showmee.
Users under 18 must have verified parental or guardian consent.

International users must ensure that their use of Showmee complies with their local laws.

 

5. Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration – Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
5.2 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
5.3 Suspension – Showmee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
5.4 Termination – Users may request account termination at any time, which will be processed within seven (7) days.

 

6. Content Ownership & Responsibility

6.1 Ownership – Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading, you grant Showmee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for providing platform services.
6.2 Prohibited Content – Uploading illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to removal or permanent suspension.
6.3 Copyright Compliance – If content infringes third-party rights, it may be removed, and the creator’s details may be shared with rightful claimants or authorities when legally required.

 

7. Monetization & Payments

7.1 Revenue Sharing – Creators receive 85% of their content revenue; Showmee retains 15% as a service fee.
7.2 Payment Processing – Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways in compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.
7.3 Taxes – Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes. Indian creators are subject to TDS deductions; international creators must comply with their local tax laws.
7.4 Refund Policy – All transactions are final. Refunds are only issued for failed or inactive subscriptions, subject to verification.
7.5 Wallet Funds – Funds added to the Showmee wallet are non-refundable and may only be used within the platform.

 

8. International Transactions

Supported currencies include INR, USD, EUR, and GBP.
Exchange rates and payment gateway fees may apply.
High-value transactions may require KYC verification under Indian law.
Chargebacks or disputes are handled directly by payment gateway providers, and additional fees may apply.

 

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use Showmee for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Post or share defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights.

• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misuse of payment systems.

 

10. Custom Services by Creators

10.1 Delivery – Custom content or services must be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.
10.2 Confirmation – Both creator and user must confirm delivery via email.
10.3 Payments – Payments are released to creators 30 days after the transaction, allowing time for dispute resolution.
10.4 Non-Delivery – Failure to deliver may result in refunds and suspension from offering further custom services.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Showmee and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or absolute security.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Showmee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Showmee are the exclusive property of Showmee.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of Showmee materials is strictly prohibited.

 

14. Disclaimer & Legal Responsibility

14.1 Creator Responsibility – Creators are solely responsible for their uploaded content, communication, and transactions with users.
14.2 Legal Compliance – Showmee may provide user or creator details to law enforcement authorities if required under applicable laws.
14.3 Platform Role – Showmee acts solely as an intermediary between creators and fans and is not liable for disputes, damages, or claims arising from such interactions.

 

15. Force Majeure

Showmee shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical outages.

 

16. Dispute Resolution

Mediation – Parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation.

Arbitration – If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Jurisdiction – Courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Regulatory Compliance – In addition to Indian laws, Showmee and its operators shall comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state regulations governing online services, data protection, and international transactions.

 

17. Feedback

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Showmee a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them for service improvement without compensation.
