SHOWMEE PLATFORM GUIDELINES

These Platform Guidelines govern the use of the Showmee platform and are intended to maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for all users, experts, coaches, trainers, and content providers.
By accessing or using Showmee, you agree to comply with these Platform Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Showmee reserves the right to review, monitor, suspend, or remove accounts, content, or activities that violate these guidelines.
1. USER ELIGIBILITY
To access or use Showmee, you must:

Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.

Showmee may suspend or terminate accounts found to be operated by minors or containing false information.
2. ACCOUNT SECURITY

3. EXPERT & CONTENT GUIDELINES
Experts, trainers, coaches, wellness professionals, and content providers using Showmee must ensure that all content and services comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
The following content is strictly prohibited:

Copyright-infringing material

Sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive content

Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

Promotion of illegal drugs or criminal activities

False, misleading, or deceptive claims

Showmee reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
4. EXPERT SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experts are responsible for delivering the services, coaching sessions, memberships, digital content, or wellness programs they advertise on the platform.
Experts must:

Provide accurate descriptions of their services.

Deliver promised content or sessions within reasonable timelines.

Communicate honestly with members.

Avoid misleading health, fitness, beauty, or wellness claims.
Showmee acts solely as a technology platform connecting users with experts and does not guarantee the outcome or effectiveness of any expert service.
5. PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIPS
All payments must be processed through Showmee-approved payment methods.
Users agree that:

Membership fees are charged according to the selected plan.

Pricing is displayed before payment confirmation.

Membership benefits are subject to the selected plan.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Showmee Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Experts are prohibited from requesting off-platform payments unless explicitly authorized by Showmee.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users and experts must not:

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations.

Conduct fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Circumvent platform security measures.

Upload malware or harmful software.

Share, copy, or distribute paid content without permission.

Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others.
Violations may result in:

Account suspension

Permanent account termination

Legal action where appropriate
7. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Showmee promotes respectful and professional interactions.
Users and experts must:

Communicate professionally.

Refrain from abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate account action.
8. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT
Showmee reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations.

Investigate disputes and complaints.

Restrict access to platform features where necessary.
All enforcement decisions are made at Showmee's sole discretion.
9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

11. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
