? Showmee Refund Policy
At Showmee, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for both creators and their audiences. Since our platform primarily deals with digital content, refunds are subject to specific and limited conditions.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for subscriptions, digital items (videos, photos, stories, or other content), or services must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are only applicable if:

The subscription or service has not yet been activated.

The creator fails to deliver the promised content/service within the specified timeframe.

The purchased content is defective or not playing properly.
Refunds are not applicable once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, except in cases of technical defect.
Promotional or non-refundable items are also not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at contact@showmee.in with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
We may request additional supporting evidence (such as screenshots or order details).
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Digital content that has already been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.

Purchases made beyond the 7-day refund window.

Content or services marked as final sale, promotional, or discounted.

Completed orders or services where the creator has fulfilled their commitment.
5. Faulty or Missing Content
If purchased content is defective, unavailable, or missing, we will work to resolve the issue by either:

Providing replacement content, or

Processing a refund if applicable under the refund eligibility terms.
6. Content Type Disclaimer (Image/Video Responsibility)
Creators are responsible for accurately labeling their content (e.g., image, video, or story).
Before purchasing, users can clearly see the content type icon (? for image / ? for video / ? for story) displayed on the item.
If a creator labels the content as a video but it is actually an image (or vice versa), yet the icon displayed clearly indicated the correct content type before purchase, Showmee will not be responsible for the misunderstanding.
It is the user’s responsibility to verify the content type before making a purchase.
Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.
7. Fund Added Policy (Wallet Policy)
Funds added to your Showmee Wallet are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully made to your Showmee account, the amount will be credited only to your Showmee Wallet.
Wallet funds can be used exclusively for purchasing content, subscriptions, or services on the Showmee platform.
Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded to your bank account, card, or payment provider.
